大地と海の恵みを凝縮しました

万葉の時代から食されていた“藻塩”を食健流に再現して、独自のエッセンスを加えました。「蓬藻塩（モグソール)」は自然塩、昆布エキス、ヨモギの抽出液を煮詰めてできた、海と大地の “結晶”といえます。ビタミンK、ミネラルを豊富に含み、調味料*としてはもちろんのこと、塩を使った民間療法の際に、本品を使用することができます。

特徴
ミネラルをたっぷり含んだ藻塩を再現

古代の藻塩は、海藻を海水に浸して乾燥させるという手順を繰り返して海藻がとけ込んだかん水ができあがり、それを煮詰めてつくられていました。海藻のエキスと海水の塩分が一体となったミネラル豊富な塩を、食健流に再現したのが「蓬藻塩（モグソール)」です。

古くから食用だけでなく、外用としても民間で用いられてきたヨモギの力は、経験的に広く知られるものでした。「蓬藻塩（モグソール)」は、ヨモギをプラスすることで、ビタミン類、特にビタミンKを多く含んでいる塩となっています。また、ヨモギには止血作用があるとされており、本品を口に含むなど外用としての使用もおすすめです。
